Is it benefitial for any skin type?
Face yoga can be beneficial for any skin type as it helps to improve blood circulation, relax facial muscles, and promote lymphatic drainage. Some popular face yoga exercises include the forehead smoother, cheek firmer, and jawline definer.
Can I do face yoga twice a day?
We like to say ''less is more''. However the recommendation is to practice face yoga 6 days a week, 10min upper face and 10min lower face, also you can add few other techniques. As with body with face yoga you also can go over exercise and this is not recommended.
If I join private group will I receive a support from coatch?
Yes, of course. Our aim is to help each of our members who participates in private DK Face Yoga group. After each session you can ask questions or send a message directly. We always read all messages and reply to our best knowledge.
